Yet Again- Obama By-Passes Congress

Just because Congress is no longer willing to perform its Constitutional role is no reason for Obama to stop doing his

In the absence of a functioning Congress, Obama is the only game in town

True........I would contend that the current congress would argue with and oppose Obama, even if the issue was about the existence of gravity......

Undoubtedly, Obamas first two years were his best. Obamacare, Stimulus, DADT repeal, START treaty. But he had a Democratic Congress and a short term super majority

When Republicans took Congress, they taunted Obama as a lame duck. Republicans are now calling the shots and Obama is Mr Irrelevant

But Obama kicked it into gear. Immigration reform, recognition of Cuba, Iran nuclear agreement, trade and environmental agreements with China. The courts backed him on Obamacare and same sex marriage......all with a Republican Congress

In the absence of leadership in Congress, Obama has substituted leadership from the White House
No, what it amounts to is the fact that Obozo has ignored his oath to uphold the US Constitution, especially as it pertains to the Separation of Powers...
Balance of powers

If he has then fucking sue him...

Otherwise, shut the fuck up, idiot...
Believe me, he's being sued...

He's already lost 13 unanimous decisions before the SCOTUS regarding executive overreach.

Obama got to do what he wanted the first two years
After 2010, he had a divided Congress and felt obligated to try to work with Congress regardless of how ineffective they were

The best things about Republicans taking all of Congress in 2014 is it freed up Obama to act as President. He no longer had to help Democrats in Congress save face

So Obama does what he can under his Constitutional powers and lets Congress do what they can with their Constitutional powers and sees who will win

From what I can see....Obama wins

1. except that you losers have been saying the Republican MINORITY for all of obama's first two years was "obstructing" him. thanks for the honesty for once though dummy. refreshing to see from a left-winger

2.obama never even tried to work with Congress leftard. he jammed stuff down the country's throat when he had Congress under his own Party; and has done the same thing by Executive Order with a divided Congress

stop lying to yourself

they would if obama was wrong about gravity and how it works; which i wouldnt doubt.

how does trickle-UP work leftard? doesnt that defy the law of gravity?

And we'll see who "wins" when a Republican wins the White House in 2016 and uses Obozo's actions as a precedent, won't we??

Perhaps......in a decade or so, your party may see the inside of the oval office; meanwhile, check out how many senate seats the right wing will have to defend in 2016, and what the chances are that the senate will switch majority (the "good news" is that your ilk will maintain the house chamber......if they don't kill one another in the interim.)

Yes we will

But Republicans have to actually win. Based on the performance of the clown car so far...it doesn't look promising

Balance of powers

The Constitution is fully intact

Congress has the power to overrule everything Obama has done

Why don't they do it?

Well, the courts have been busy

No wonder Obama avoids congress....

Supreme Court Rules Unanimously Against Obama for 12th and 13th Time Since 2012
Did you know the Obama administration’s position has been defeated in at least 13 – thirteen — cases before the Supreme Court since January 2012 that were unanimous decisions? It continued its abysmal record before the Supreme Court today with the announcement of two unanimous opinions against arguments the administration had supported

Obama is able to do his job
The Courts are doing their job

It is only Congress that seems unable to do its job

obama and his Party use courts and agencies ruling by fiat to go around congress..

gosh you're stupid

can i have a list; any kind of a list; of all the Democrats poised to take back those seats in 2016???

2.obama never even tried to work with Congress leftard. he jammed stuff down the country's throat when he had Congress under his own Party; and has done the same thing by Executive Order with a divided Congress

The above is what happens when a slow-witted, right winger overdoses on Sean Hannity.

stop lying to yourself

Sour grapes make the best whine

Republicans are living with the political climate they have created. Instead of blocking the President, they have given up their own political power and left Obama in charge

Just look how they screwed up the Keystone pipeline

Lets hope a Republican is elected President so he can act the same way and crush all the elected Democrats and all the people who are a Democrat. You said NOTHING when he went around and did it to Republicans. We the PEOPLE have no Representation IN CONGRESS when he goes around and does this

can i have a list; any kind of a list; of all the Democrats poised to take back those seats in 2016???

24 seats, many in blue states AND a Presidential election year
Does not look good for the GOP

If my role here was to educate right wing morons....like you...then I'd guess I would have to act on your request....BUT, what was first raised was the issue of HOW MANY seat the GOP needs to defend in the senate next year.....

Ask a grown up to help you google that simple fact.....and perhaps you'll even get rewarded with an ice cream cone.

Too early to play that game...we are still over a year out

The Dems are only defending 10 Senate seats...none are in Red States

Over half of the Republican 24 seats are in swing states or blues states. In a Presidential election year with a weak Republican candidate, the Democrats will come out in force

Look for a Senate with 54 Dems in 2017
