The President said this in reference to his admonishment of US Corporations who work within the system (law) and move operating address to another country domicile with the objective of avoiding taxes and/or paying lower taxes.

Interesting, the US has a Secretary of State who, as US Senator, moved his yacht out of Massachussets to Rhode Island to achieve the same objective that Corporations are trying to achieve.

Clearly, you do get to pick the rules you play by.

Let's not forget that Obama once said, quite Correctly, that he couldn't change immigration law by himself.

Now he has suddenly decided that he can.

Just as he decided that he could re-write laws and even the Constitution with a stroke of his pen.

The More complicated the Tax Code, it becomes more of a "system" to be played. Simplify the tax code, and the ability to "game the system" goes away. Democrats want a complex tax code so they can inject more taxes. Clearly, the tax code cuts both ways. Time for a Flat tax.

I would only substitute the word "Bankers" for "Democrats" then I could agree.

If Congress tried to implement a Flat Tax and get rid of all other taxes then we'd see a mass of Congressmen "Suiciding" themselves.

The Bankers own America and it's Government.
