Don't even mention the long line of women who say he molested them. All you get is a red faced Biden asking Cuomo to resign, doing it only once and then sweeping it all under the carpet with the help of the media.

There is truth to your statement, however, once a politician is in office, the advantages of incumbency are hard to overcome. One solution is ranked voting. I am glad it is being tried around the country.

An incumbent's power base grows day by day. Without term limits, that power base becomes a moat, and the playing field is nowhere near being equal.
