He has used this number repeatedly and more recently because people pointed out to him that of that 46 million the Census says are "uninsured" 10 million are not citizens. So Obama has repeatedly said recently ACA does NOT cover the illegals.. leaves then 36 million right?
What Obama fails to consider is HIS failure to get the 14 million people even before ACA covered by Medicaid as this study shows

Obama was sincere that you could keep your plan ... it was never his intent for you to have to lose your policy ... in some of the health care plans out there, and we are talking .02% of these health care plans, they had to remove the caps from the plan ... in stead of removing the caps the insurance company canceled it ... this wasn't obama's intent ... all these companies had to do was to take off the caps ... instead they canceled the policy ... so how was that obama lying to you ... it was never his intent for them to cancel these plans... he felt you could keep them

as for, "if you like your doctor you can keep your doctor" ... here you go again showing your hatred for obama ... when he said that it was his full intent that you can keep your doctor .... here's what happen ... in some of the New policies not all of them like you want us to believe but some, where you get great coverage for a low cost ... now you have to work with in that policy ...in some of those policies you have to go to their doctors ... if your doctor isn't on that health care plan then you don't get to use that doctor ... if you read the plan before you sign up it clearly said that .... here you have these stupid republicans signing up for a plan because its a real low costing plan and to come to find out their doctor isn't on the plan ... whose fault is that ??? OBAMA ??? or the fool signing up for the plan ...
