“In one era, we had to fight slavery,” Sharpton, president of the National Action Network, has said. “Another era we had to fight Jim Crow, another era we dealt with voting rights. This is the era to deal with policing and criminal justice. We need to go back to Washington and stand up — black, white, Latino, Arab — in the shadows of Lincoln and tell them this is the time to stop this.”

Nice, but better going to the root of the problem.

The recent cases of police abuse of power is not about racism because police is not acting aggressively against minorities and people in general who are not breaking the law.

The root of this problem is criminality.

Yes, police is acting beyond their limits to contain a criminal, but the one who started the whole event is the criminal.

By statistics, criminality in cities reveals the crude reality. Blacks are barely 13% in general population but are the ones committing 52% crimes in the country.

The analysis

It’s true that around 13 per cent of Americans are black, according to the latest estimates from the US Census Bureau.

And yes, according to the Bureau of Justice Statistics, black offenders committed 52 per cent of homicides recorded in the data between 1980 and 2008. Only 45 per cent of the offenders were white. Homicide is a broader category than “murder” but let’s not split hairs.

Democrats demand a reform.

Great.

The reform must focus in stopping and diminishing the percent of criminality committed by black people. Their homicides percent are overwhelming their percent in population. That is not a gap but a huge abyss.

This is the main point protesters must demand in streets, to tell blacks to work, to study, to behave, to stop criminality.

Democrats want to win the elections inciting street protesting, but elections are not won that way but by voting for the best candidate who doesn't incite destruction and chaos. And Democrats are using all their resources to incite violence, like the Mayor of Washington DC allowing weeks ago street protesting without city permit and later accusing the president to open his way because streets were blocked. (That Mayor must resign, she has been promised Statehood for Washington DC at the exchange of her going against the president.)

100,000 people in Washington DC must demand for better job opportunities but no favoring over others, they must demand for better school but promise they -as parents- will monitor their children at home to do their homework, they must demand for equality, so it is time for them to stop being the lower side of society and stop collecting food stamps and earn their food with the sweat of their brow. (i.e. dignity)

In that day, honoring Matter Luther King, those100,000 people must swear they will change for better and later fulfill their promise.

The root of the problem surely is criminality, the reform is to find the ways to make them better citizens. But surely these minorities don't want to change, they just want to play of being the victims of society.

If black parents, teachers, churches don't do anything to change the criminal percent in their statistics, then on next August we will only see 100,000 people offending the sacrifice of Matter Luther King.

Maybe the protesters will get their wish, and they'll change the name of the city from the Slave holding Washington to a name of a slave. And change the name of the District of Columbia (named for Columbus) as well.

Spartacus, DIP (District of Indigenous Peoples) Has a ring about it.

How dare you post all the practical, logical racist shit?
Libs are pissing themselves as they read your post.

PFFFT. Does anyone remember Farrakhan's "Million Man March" when he was going to mobilize and inspire Black men to step up and improve the Black Community? How'd that work out?

The best thing that came out of the "Million Man March" was that the Park Service no longer announces estimates for crowd size at Washington events.

They didn't want to embarrass Calypso Louie, so they abandoned this procedure for the future.

I saw this problem developing 30 or more years ago. That's when I first noticed that blacks were not only denying that their crimes were criminal acts but they had a right to commit that crime and more. This is the result.

Amen to this, but the guy in Georgia was first noticed by anyone for being asleep which is not a criminal act. What I would like to know is if anyone ever tried to wake him up before the law had to be brought in.

Obviously too many still haven't learned yet that scoring rights doesn't put them "in the lead" compared to everyone else and that some actions still have legal ramifications.

God bless you two always!!!
