It comes on day 11 in the current conflict, with a growing international chorus of non-governmental groups and world leaders saying the Israeli bombing campaign on the besieged Gaza Strip – including healthcare facilities, homes, and houses of worship – violates international law and may constitute a war crime.

Its very simple. That rocket that fell short was still full of fuel, the explosion igniting it, then creating the fireball that engulfed the parkinglot, and part of the hospital. If there were other munitions stored inside the building which is common practice of hamas, that also might have exploded

Simple, Hamas is using the hospitals to store munitions and house their headquarters. That action makes them valid targets and removes their protections under the Geneva Conventions. So attacking the hospitals especially AFTER issuing warnings isn’t a war crime.
