It's sad when the Republican position is hoping the economy fails.

Unfortunately I think this 200,000 number is skewed. I think many full-time people were downsized in hours and then new people hired to pick up the slack, therefore creating "new jobs". And I think this was done by businesses in preparation for the AHCA/Obamacare which kicks in this fall.
