Which is about where it was when Bush left office and Dems were screaming he had mismanaged the economy.

Oh I see

You claim Bush is an economic genius?

just how lame are you

Nope.. never saw that posted.. but as a matter of fact, we can point to several posts and threads where the opposite has been said... Bush was no economic genius, nor is Obamalama... both are pretty damn bad

Wait for the revised number and the labor force participation rate... We are still at historic lows on labor force participation

do you realise most of them have later been found to be even higher than first thought?

None have been initially accurate when they hit the news... and as stated, work force participation is at historic lows... the UE # is falsely 'improving' while more and more people leave the work force

This is great news. I hope it lasts. But i doubt it.

When the effects of the Sequester, Obamacare and EPA's War on Coal start really being felt, it won't be so good.

Shut up, TM. You atheists are a buncha faith sillies, as big as faith sillies as the Christian reactionaries. You cannot disprove the existence of God, there it requires faith to believe that there is not a God.

Yes, it’s that time again, folks. Jobs Friday, when for one ever-so-brief moment the interests of Wall Street, Washington and Main Street are all aligned on one thing: Jobs.

A fresh update on the U.S. employment situation for February hits the wires at 8:30 a.m. New York time, offering one of the most important snapshots on how the economy fared last month. Economists polled by Dow Jones Newswires expect 160,000 new jobs were created — up from 157,000 jobs added in January — with the unemployment rate ticking down to 7.8%, from 7.9%.
