Three additional suspects were taken into custody in the Boston Marathon bombing case, the Boston Police Department tells FoxNews.com.

Two of Dzhokhar Tsarnaev’s UMass-Dartmouth roommates, Dias Kadyrbayev and Azamat Tazhayakov, are from Kazakhstan and faced an immigration hearing this morning, sources said. Sources told Fox News they face obstruction charges in connection with the bombing. The identity of the third suspect is unclear.

Here's what Alan Dershowitz said (CNN legal analyst):


"Alan Dershowitz, a prominent defense attorney and Harvard law professor, said the new charges don't appear to be related to the bombing itself.

"If they knew about the bombing, if they were involved in the bombing, the charges would be conspiracy to do the acts for which the other man has already been charged," Dershowitz told CNN. "So it sounds like at this point in time the only evidence they have is actions that took place after the bombing."

they are college kids who took stuff from the kids dorm room and then lied about taking them.






There was no indication the three men, who have ties to the University of Massachusetts-Dartmouth, had any prior knowledge of the bombing.

"Please be advised that there is no threat to public safety," the Boston Police Department said on its website, confirming the arrests but releasing no further information.

I watched the Original 9/11 World Trade Day attack coverage from MSMBC that are generally televised on every 9/11 anniversary. Hairy. Won't watch that stuff anymore. But yeah, they had wall to wall coverage on the 9/11/2001 event.

I sort of like CNN for the fastest breaking news. They're still the ones who are on 24/7 while MSNBC re-broadcasts older stuff at night.
