And Kerry's boat is being docked in the town/shipyard where it was MADE and where he bought it from, and where the maintenance of that boat can be easily had...and it is in a lovely area near the sound, a prime location for boating, and near all the Islands and Newport, where all the rich and famous lived...but yes, he did avoid the Massachusetts tax on it by docking in the town he bought it in.
