We have created far too many "victims" in this country. It is far easier to sit on one's butt and cry "victim" than to take the responsibility for one's own livelihood onto one's own shoulders and do something positive. It's easy to blame others for our own shortcomings. It's the flavor of the day.

I am appreciative that not all people see themselves as "victims" of their environment. Were that the case, we would see no McDonald's franchises, no new restaurants, no new auto repair businesses, no new HVAC businesses, no new nail salons, etc. Capitalism is alive and well among those not resigned to simply exist.
