WWII began as Nazi forces began an attack on Poland, that would soon be joined by the USSR in which the borders of Poland would never again be restored.

Germany had long been agitating for the return of the 'free city' of Danzig and the elimination of the 'polish corridor', a strip of Prussia sliced off to give Poland sea access.

Hitler did not believe the west would declare war and honor it's promises to Poland, but in this case Neville Chamberlin did exactly that, plunging the world into teh most deastating war in human history.

So nobody cared about teh start of WWII, interesting.

There is a real time for war.

How unfortunate that those examples always get used by people who want to start wars for money.
