If you actually knew how to read a study, this would prove to be bad news all around. Only one third of that total happened to be uninsured. Of the 14.5 million who gained insurance, enrollment in ESI accounted for almost 8.2 million of that total, not Obamacare. Moreover, enrollment in Medicaid accounted for an estimated 5.9 million of that total, not Obamacare. 26 million people still remain uninsured.
