No one is going to impeach the President unless he has committed high crimes or misdemeanors....

As example, if the President did knowingly work illegally with the Russian operatives to direct the distribution of the stolen DNC emails, with other smaller illegal activities that aided and abetted the foreign enemy, and there were Republican Congressmen and Senators that support an impeachment investigation by the Judicial Committee, and eventually an impeachment, then the Democrats, if they were in power, would go through with it....

Basically, it would have to have support of at least some Republicans in congress..... otherwise, the effort would be fruitless.
