There is no doubt that our country’s economy is doing rather well and that the unemployment rate is virtually nil…..BUT, we must remember that such good economic news is only attributable to Trump by his faithful cult members….

In reality, the economy began improving in 2014 and Trump….like a pinch runner in baseball from third base, “thinks” that he got there from hitting a triple.

Now the BAD news…….with such a thriving economy, Trump’s approval ratings should be in the 70s, rather than the mere 40s with almost 2/3 of the nation ratings his performance as inadequate.

The last president to have such LOW approvals was Carter, who was facing the Iranian mess.

So good news for the country…..and :”bad” news for the cult.

Obama did the right thing by standing back and letting the Fed pour $4.5 TRILLION into markets to steady them and buoy the economy.

For that I give him credit, and I give him an NA for the economy, since he had to take over such a fucking shit show.

But when his fans pretend it was all him, they're either lying or willfully ignorant. And now, Trump is not getting the same Fed support.

If Obama gets credit for the economy in his term, Trump gets credit for it in his. That, of course, is lame partisan politics, but it is what it is.
