No, Socialism would not be a better idea. I’m in favor of an Authoritarian form of Government ruled not by the People, but by a rewritten Constitution that cannot be edited. The Government would exist SOLELY to enforce the Laws and Rules laid out in the Constitution. Beyond that they would have NO power at all. So the “President” would have little real power.

Sounds like you are very close to suggesting that a dictatorship is the way to go. That is purely and simply asinine. Take your ideas with you when moving to Russia, China, or Iran.

The actions of the voters in the Western democracies (America especially) over the last 60+ years have proven to me, beyond a doubt, that human beings are too stupid to make decisions for themselves.
