I can't disagree more.

The only way that the SCOTUS will overturn Roe v Wade will be if they decide / determine that a child's personhood begins at conception.

Once the SCOTUS establishes that fact (and they will) - then from that point on, all prenatal Children are automatically entitled to the same Constitutional protections of our laws that any other "person" is entitled to. Specifically, the 5th and 14th Amendments.

The States can not trump the Constitution.

Like Justice Potter Stewart said when Roe was being decided!

One idiotic judge doesn't get to make that decision. His EO is not unconstitutional, the President has authority over immigration. The Hussein used it to allow whoever he wanted in, Trump can do the same to keep people out. The constitution very clearly gives the President this authority. Constitutional rights do not extend to foreign citizens.
