On the contrary, Trump appointed the leadership for both agencies. He hired Chris Wray for the FBI and Bill Barr for the DOJ. Both agencies fall under the executive branches per the constitution.

I didn't ask about Twitter and the DNC I asked why the DOJ didn't indict if there was all the evidence of crimes. Trump was in charge of appointing the directors of both the FBI. If they were corrupt and not doing their jobs then he could have replaced them. Buck stops with the Prez when it comes to FBI and DOJ. This is on Trump and no legal action was taken. How do you explain that?
