The democrats don't give a rat's ass about helping illegals. And it certainly doesn't help their bottom line either. Anyone with a few brain cells can figure out what this is about which is votes. When realizing these sanctuary city officials would break federal laws to harbor these criminals it really wouldn't be a stretch to believe they would also hand them a ballot to vote and the name of a dead person to use on it, would it?
