This is, without a doubt, the most ignorant statement I have ever seen and an overt attempt by Holder to tell the American people, "sit down whitey - we're taking over and we are racist pigs who hate you for your color".

In other words, we cannot expect blacks to obey the rules. We cannot expect blacks to be on time, wear the proper school uniform, or not act out in class. Un...fucking....believable

Liberals really don't think too much of American Blacks, do they? They don't think they are smart enough to go get state issued identification. Here, it appears Liberals do not believe Blacks are capable of being held accountable. I see the case in point had to do with Black students texting in class. If white students are also getting punished for texting in class, what is the deal?

The increasing use of disciplinary sanctions such as in-school and out-of-school suspensions, expulsions, or referrals to law enforcement authorities creates the potential for significant, negative educational and long-term outcomes, and can contribute to what has been termed the "school to prison pipeline"

Coming up in Detroit in the late 50's and early 60's, black kids in our schools came from a background of Baptist Church and knowing they could get a decent job in a shop if more school didn't make sense to them. Now these kids come from a background of a single mother on ADC and years of gangsta rap pounded into their heads. And no jobs because those jobs are now in China. So what do you do with these kids who mature much faster than white kids and see little reason to respond to fawning white teachers who they can game in a heartbeat? Here's how...when they step out of line they become a police matter; that's how. Otherwise you get what you got now....schools where the kids run the hallways and often the classrooms and are promoted to the next grade because the teahers fear for their lives if they do their job right.

What this awful tragedy tells me (regardless of Zimmerman getting off or not) is that non-white (particularly black) life has no value at all in.
Racial Integration in the west has been a complete failure thus far.

Yet.....none of our politicians have the courage to tell the truth about this and how the best remedy is go back to Segregation....at least in Public Schools.
