All it takes is a good lawyer to prove the cops were justified, slow motion the video and show every step of the resistance to lawful arrest committed by the kid. The dog is the ONLY thing that stopped him from resisting.

exactly...he had five cops on him and he was still fighting

it is very clear from the video at regular and you're right, will be more clear at slower speeds. i'm not a fan of police brutality at all, but that simply is not the case here. the cops will be exonerated.
