Alabama buckles under pressure to allow illegals.

Fear and hate of immigrants is not a rational basis upon which to enact measures with the intent of denying persons their civil liberties.

They have no civil liberties. They are CRIMINALS just by being here illegally. The dumbshits who supposivly represent us in Washington DON'T UNDERSTAND THAT!! That is why States are forced to enact enforcement laws on their own.

It is ultimately up to the people. Latinos are driving black people out of their cities by burning them out, shooting them out, or beating them out. Moving latinos out should be done the same way.

Gas ovens have been discovered to be quicker. And if some negroes, homos, Jews, and dolphins get accidentally thrown in, oh well!

Gas ovens might be quicker but mexicans pretty much use carport fires instead.

I agree. I'm all for granting immigrants their civil liberties. Illegals or undocumented aliens on the other hand are not immigrants. Here is the definition of "immigrant" from the Merriam Webster dictionary:

A person who comes to a country to take up permanent residence

Lawbreakers are generally not eligible for residency in the U.S. Also, rewarding the illegals by granting them legal status sends a disturbing message that the U.S. rewards criminals. More importantly, this act would be a slap in the face to the thousands of legal immigrants who do things by the book, and file the proper paperwork prior to moving to the U.S. Not to mention sometimes waiting years to get their immigration visas.
