No problem here. Just explaining the reason rape isn't treated as harshly as it should be is the people in charge are in charge of the military too.

According to rainn.org 98% of rapists never do a day in jail and 68% of rapes aren't even reported so little is the confidence in justice by victims. Can't blame them either. Even when a rapist is arrested and does time it's no where close to suiting the crime.

Some people make up elaborate scenarios. I know I was asked to come in through a window and act like I was raping one girl I was dating and almost wound up in jail because a neighbor saw me climb through the window.
