We can add this to the sad lineage of President Trump who was responsible for the attack on the capitol and continues to lie about the 2020 election.

You legally can't shoot unless she has a deadly weapon.

You can't clear someone of wrong doing when they obviously did it.
All you can do is make yourself an accomplice after the fact.
Now both have to be shot, since the failure to prosecute makes for a clear and present danger to society as a whole.

You are very confused in the use and definitions of the terminology here.

You can commit an intentional act and be cleared of any wrongdoing. Killing another person is generally an unlawful act however there are affirmative defenses to killing another that can make the killing justifiable (therefore no wrongdoing).

The self-defense laws are the exact set of laws that meet that definition and in fact were in play here in part as was "defense of others".

Law enforcement officers are granted powers by the state to engage in acts which if committed by a non law enforcement officer would be unlawful and for which they could be arrested and prosecuted. This fact alone should show you that an act can be intentional but not considered "wrongdoing" under our laws.
