So...all the uninformed poll people answered the anti gunner poll about background checks...yes, we think there should be background checks for private sales.....and they went to the polls thinking that was what they were voting on....
And then jerry brown signed a law that requires you to get a background check when you loan you gun to your brother....incurring the expense and the time to take your brother, your sister, your dad...to the gun store or police station and try to get them to do the background check for a sale they are not making, so they will charge a huge fee......so your brother or dad can borrow your shotgun to go hunting for the weekend......

Of course...the criminals don't do background checks...so they won't have any trouble....and the Orlando shooter...passed 3 background checks......then he went on to murder 49 people....
But your brother....he will have to pay a fee to get a background check to take your bolt action .22 to go plincking on the weekend.....
