Anyone miss Robin Williams ???

To the untrained ear, yes.

Sometimes I wonder when listening to Dennis Miller or Robin Williams, "am I missing the references?"

Well that's their problem. If what they are saying is going over too many heads, then it stops being whitty to something else. Out of touch?

I don't think I wasn't smart enough to get Robin Williams. I think his jokes sucked and he was winging it every time he went on stage. And he continued to wing it for the rest of his stand up career. People continued to laugh.

I think he was wise to get out of stand up. I did love him in the movies. So it's not like I hate Robin Williams. I don't. I loved him as Mork.

I just hated his stand up routine. PUKE.

You see heroes who were seriously injured in combat fighting to come back with missing limbs or worse and then you see this smarmy comedian who couldn't face his health problems. He was a coward who disrespected his wife and his kids and ended up in a freaking closet with a belt around his neck.
