The conservatives (Tories) in the UK have always been trying to privatise the health service while saying there not...

More it get privatised the worse it gets. NHS is very good system generally... If you get really concerned there is always a reasonable private option available, in Ireland traveling over and going private in UK is world class. Ireland might not have the exact specialist due to size but UK will for reasonable money (£250 for a 2 hour top end consultant visit) will not only treat you but will follow up with you GP back in Ireland...

British people time and time again have defended the NHS and no politician seriously suggests changing it private... If you want to never get voted, just say I want a Health Service just like US... You would get more votes by getting the drug dealer to move next door..

So let's get this... The Feds systems have easily the lowest admin fees, they are fractions of the private systems... So they are more efficient than private.

So to pay doctors they would have to use more tax payer money...

To get get more taxpayer money they need to raise taxes...

When the hurricane trashed NEw Orleans the government fucked around and took weeks to hel. While Walmart sent tons of free necessities to the people of that city the NEXT DAY.

For profit corporations do not take care of anything people take of everything and everyone can take care of themselves better than the government you worship
