Ashlii Babbitt Thread

They left their post because their lives were in danger. Not to mention, if lethal force would have been needed to keep that violent mob out of the House chamber, they had to be moved out so they wouldn't get caught in the line of fire.
The amusing thing that you refuse to admit is that the officers in front of the door would have had a justification for the use of deadly force IF they really felt threatened. Michael Byrd, behind a barricade had no such justification. Why did he feel threatened when officers directly exposed to the mob didn't?

It has been ruled appropriate by a department that never has disciplined one of its members for improper conduct or excessive use of force in a CLOSED INVESTIGATION run by the department itself. If that doesn't reek of whitewash, I don't know what would.
The more obvious it is they insist it is something totally different. And it is based on opinion. An objective look tells anyone this was a cover up.

No it isn't.

No, I'm good.

Yes they do. Security guards have that discretion. Private citizens have that discretion if they are protecting their domicile or business.

Aren't you the guy who didn't know that the insurrectionists made it to the Senate floor and didn't know that the joint session was taking place?

you should probably refrain from making any comments period. But in the interest of comedy...feel free to continue.

Wrong.
The police or homeowners can NOT just murder someone for trespassing.
No one has that "discretion".
They can only shoot if they are threatened with deadly force.

The Senate floor was NOT occupied.
A joint session means the Senate joins the House, in the much larger House chambers.

No one ever endangered any congress member in any way, at any time.

You have no business discussing this topic as you clearly have no fuckingbcluevwhat happened.

The videos show that moments after stepping aside, 4 heavily armed officers came up the stairs and then 3 of them escorted those other 3 officers down the stairs. They had left the area when Benedict Babbitt got herself shot.

Liar.
The video clearly shows that the 4 heavily armed officers did NOT come up the stairs until AFTER Ashlii was shot.
And in fact, there were 3 cops in front of the barricade originally, 2 in uniform and one in a suit, and it is this same suited cop who performs first aid on Ashlii after being shot.

SO you take two rare events and use them to "prove" your point. There was far more violence and destruction during the leftist demonstrations and riots that lasted for months during the summer of 2020 than there was in the demonstration and riot by rightists on January sixth that lasted a few hours.

Nope, what I did was what another poster did; showing two photos ... one of a peaceful protest and the other of a violent riot. See the post I replied to for context.

Babbit was climbing through a broken window.

Absolutely not true.
The Senate floor was NOT occupied.
A joint session means the Senate joins the House, in the much larger House chambers.
So you're stating that they were counting the votes in the House chamber...is that what you're alleging? I'm going to blow your ass out of the water if you say yes. Bring it!
No one ever endangered any congress member in any way, at any time.
And why did the congress members leave again? Why were they barricading the doors?

As I pointed out, she was wearing a backpack, just like a suicide bomber.

Remember how many people were killed and wounded from the Boston Marathon bomber.

Except neither of the Boston bombers were suicide bombers. The packs contained time bombs.

He was hunting unarmed white women, with the full authorization and support of the DemoKKKrat party.

IDIOT. The objections to the states electors called for the joint session to be temporarily suspended and the Senators return to the Senate chamber for debate. thus was to happen with each objection.

Liar.

LOL

You're batshit insane, ya Russian troll.

In this video, we see those 3 cops leaving at the 0:32 mark ... then we see Ashes Targetpractice get herself shot at 0:47...

Like I said, you have no business discussing topics of which you're completely ignorant.
