It is not a crime to carry a gun and wear body armor. PERIOD.Dont forget the body armor. He was getting ready for war -- because black lives matter" and carrying a cache of ammunition" he was loaded up.Nothing since the arrest. There had to be a reason they had a team there to give him an immediate mental health eval. on scene. And for all those guns, he didn't have a lot of ammunition.

He went in the bathroom where he loaded all six weapons, donned body armor and a ski mask, and walked out of the bathroom into the waiting arms of the police, who are holding him without bail for five counts of criminal attempt to commit a felony and six counts of possession of a firearm during commission of or attempt to commit certain felonies.Nothing since the arrest because nothing he did is (or should be) illegal.Nothing since the arrest.
