Pennsylvania 2020 may in the future be looked at as a "blueprint" for how to steal an election. Between the Supreme Court nullifying the election date, to masses of dead people casting ballots, to the refusal to consider bogus signatures as a disqualification, to the usual Philadelphia shenanigans, it is a near certainty that the Democrats will manufacture just enough votes to win the state.
