They have every right to argue their case in court- even though they are wrong.

They are not wrong...the gays attacking them are anti-religious bigots.....the Bakers are protected by the First Amendment.......that trumps whatever stupid law the gays are using to attack the bakers....

No the hospital sells a commodity and healthcare is NOT a commodity its a damn right. Having a christian couple take part in your homosexual "wedding" is against their religious rights,healing someone has NOTHING to do with a wedding or funeral.
