Bakers fined for not working homosexual "wedding" continue fighting for their freedoms

Religion is a protected civil right, and a choice.

1. "Religion is a protected civil right"
Under Democrats??

If so....how do you explain this:

Under Democrat/Liberal LBJ, the law was passed that deprived pastors of their right of free speech.

2. " Donald Trump: As President, I’ll Reverse the Law That Prevents Churches from Endorsing Candidates
Trump said near the end of his speech that he would rescind the IRS rule preventing churches from endorsing candidates.

That takes you and it makes you less powerful than a man or woman walking up and down the street. You actually have less power.”

And yet if you look at it, I was talking to someone, we probably have 250 million, maybe even more, in terms of people, so we have more Christians… than we have men or women in our country and we don’t have a lobby because they’re afraid to have a lobby because they don’t want to lose their tax status.

So I am going to work like hell to get rid of that prohibition and we’re going to have the strongest Christian lobby and it’s going to happen. This took place during the presidency of Lyndon Johnson and it has had a terrible chilling effect."

When they pay taxes then they can play politics.
Can you link is to that in the constitution? Thanks...
Find me their tax exemption first?
I did find something on freedom of speech.....
Doesn't reference taxes.

They agreed to make gay wedding cakes, Adolf?

Damn, I did not know that...

BUT you're right, they work for you, they are your property and must obey your commands..
Wedding cake = wedding cake.
What kind of wedding cake?
The kind found at a wedding.
There is hundreds of wedding cake products....what kind are you worried about?
None of them only that everyone is allowed to buy them, wherever and wherever sold.
So, you want to force people to make whatever you want?

No, I want people to do for customers what they already do for customers.

So,you're OK with not forcing people to make things for people....

Force is not in any way involved.

Right....you seemed to changed your thinking....

So you're OK with people not making things with people?

"So the court must determine: Has Oregon, for example, compelled Catholics to sculpt totems for Wiccan rituals? Feminists to photograph fraternity initiations? Pro-life filmmakers to video abortions?" the brief asks. "It has not, and that ends the case."

THAT is spot on.
So the Dentist who harassed his employee and ended up paying twice the fine as the bakers under the same Oregon law can get his money back?
What kind of cakes does he bake?

Doctors would be free to only treat people of their own religion. You can't separate people by vocation. "Well bakers can discriminate but doctors can't". Why? If they are the same religion and a doctor doesn't want to treat someone that is Hindu, or Atheist, how exactly do you justify one getting to pick and choose and not another.

Is the doctor being forced to take part in a homosexual "marriage"....the answer is NO! So you can't compare the 2.

People have a right to associate with anyone they wish......Businesses don't.

A business must conform to the standards of the community they do business with. That includes how late you can stay open, how many people you can have in, how you treat your employees and who you must serve

We don't serve gays is not an option

The Constitution says you are wrong......

He sells a commodity. Yes let us now draw up a 50,000 page document on who one can and can't refuse to sell goods to. Freckles? Get out!!

No the hospital sells a commodity and healthcare is NOT a commodity its a damn right. Having a christian couple take part in your homosexual "wedding" is against their religious rights, healing someone has NOTHING to do with a wedding or funeral.
