They're making a big thing out of this because he's a well-known celebrity. Yet this happens time and time again at casinos all over the state. And, it's legal! Casinos are private property and the state supreme courts has repeatedly ruled they have the right to decide who to allow into and ban from entering their properties.

Was he counting? I seriously doubt it. They have multi-deck shoes and it's impossible to do it.

Does he know the odds? Highly likely. He appears to be smart enough to watch what the other players are doing.

So, “he changed is strategy.”

Other celebrities have dropped huge chunks of $$$ in casinos and it says hush-hush. Some have run up massive IOUs. Only Barclay his the news when they took him to court.
