Here's an idea, Mr. Demando. You share what you think "fair" or "fair share" or "total tax bill" should mean in this context and why, who should get to decide how fairness impacts any of it and why or why not, and then perhaps request something similar from others.

Given everything observable in nature appears to have natural limits..
Given greed should be considered a basic sin..
Why do people like you, not Bernie Sanders, clam up whenever a spotlight gets shone upon those with the most personal net worth?
Are there no reasonable or natural limits to private wealth / power?
