If Walmart as a federal governnment owned, or worker cooperative owned, retail enterprise is such a good idea, there is no need to use the power of government to shut down Walmart as privately owned corporation in order to make that happen.

Let the federal government, or a worker cooperative start their own competing version. If that is so much more effecient, and provides higher quality goods at lower prices than Walmart, Walmart will soon fall by the wayside.
