The Biden administration is working on lifting the ban on sending American military instructors to Ukraine. It is noted that they will be able to repair air defense systems immediately in Ukraine.

Ukraine obviously needs American repairmen to fix air defense systems made in America. Ukrainian technicians have no idea how US-provided weapons systems can be repaired and maintained.
