Biden Admits To Support of Skyrocketing Gas Prices

So if it isn't Biden holding back oil production, it has to be someone else.

Duh.

What are you going to do come election time when Biden the gas and oil production numbers start going sky high, as production revs back up?

Do you even still have elections in your shithole Dimwinger run fascist dictatorship country? Dragonlady

Something tells me you are too afraid to speak out against your govt for fear of being locked up and having your stockpile of food for your 57 cats confiscated.

And you are retarded enough to think they made it up? Are you lies that important to you that you cannot admit you fucked up?

New federal data shows the Biden administration approved 3,557 permits for oil and gas drilling on public lands in its first year, far outpacing the Trump administration’s first-year total of 2,658.

Nearly 2,000 of the drilling permits were approved on public lands administered by the Bureau of Land Management’s New Mexico office, followed by 843 in Wyoming, 285 in Montana and North Dakota, and 191 in Utah. In California, the Biden administration approved 187 permits — more than twice the 71 drilling permits Trump approved in that state in his first year.

Biologicaldiversity.org hahahahahahahahahaahahahaahahhaahahahaahahhahaha!

If anybody had any doubts about Biden being OK with the skyrocketing gas prices, they can forget those now. With his announcement of the stoppage of Russian oil imports, Mr Green At Any Cost, said > This is going to cost you.

Biden said >> "“I said I will level with the American people from the beginning. When I first spoke to this, I said defending freedom is going to cost. It is going to cost us as well in the United States,”

Well, it need not cost us anything at all. It is only going to "cost" us, if we continue with Biden's out of touch policies >>

1. ending the Keystone XL pipeline project,
2. shutting down drilling permitting on federal land
3. suspending drilling leases in the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge

With 70% of Americans favoring the domestic production polices, as opposed to only 18% agreeing with Biden, he is struggling to come up with talking points to favor his unpopular positions. He suggested subsidies for electric cars as a solution. He also suggested to continue releasing oil from America’s Strategic Petroleum Reserve - not affecting gas prices, and creating a less secure energy scenario.
Biden also is suggesting replacing Russian oil imports with increasing oil importing from other countries (Saudi Arabia, Venezuela, and Iran) - all about as unfriendly as Russia, if not worse.

Polls show the American people are not buying into Biden's domestic oil reductions at any cost, and they heavily favor the energy independent domestic production of the Trump years. Since Biden has become president, his approval ratings have sunk to pathetically low levels. Now, openly telling us the stoppage of Russian importing is "going to cost us", is right up there with the abandonment of Americans in Afghanistan, and his disregard for Americans in his flooding of US cities with illegal aliens.

Where is America going to be after another 9 months of this dude ?

He's looking to blame PUtin instead of himself...Putin being just an excuse at this point.

And it's not hard to have green energy work for you, when you only have 10 million people in your whole country.
Nobody said that it was going to be easy, just necessary if we want to get off of the oil standard and
high prices. It can and should be done if we have the wherewithal to do it.

Biden is doing the right thing to choke Putin

I disagree.
First of all, economic sanctions are completely illegal.
They violate the Geneva conventions as well as the US Constitution.
Second is they do not work, because the wealthy evade, and it only harms the poor.
In particular, Putin just sells the oil to Europe instead of the US.
So instead of harming Putin, the poor people in the US have to pay $5/gal for gas.
That is not helping anyone.

About the ONLY thing we want gov for is to prevent things like high gasoline prices, and that is the one thing this gov seems to have deliberately done, double gasoline prices.
The govt. wasn't created or mandated to lower or raise a commodity price.

Dat boy ain't right in the head.

He does all the things he can do to stop oil production and distribution to kiss the ass of the Environmental Wackos and then he blames the high price on Putin.

Anybody that voted for him is a friggin idiot.

How are economic sanctions "completely illegal"
Where exactly are they mentioned in either the Geneva conventions or the US Constitution?
Take your time.

Oil prices are determined according to the global market. The U.S. produces more oil than any other country, about 12% of all the oil produced in the world every year. Massive investments could bring that up 1 or 2 more percentage points, doing absolutely nothing to affect gas prices. Keysone XL is not going to lower your gas prices. Destroying our wildlife reserves is not going to lower your gas prices.

I disagree.
The US only has 1.3% of the world oil reserves, so should not be exporting any oil at all, and should be mostly importing oil when prices are low.
We should be building nuclear plants, in order to save oil for things like fertilizers and plastics.

Keystone would greatly lower our oil prices, by competing with Saudi Arabia.
Pipelines have never destroyed wildlife reserves, since they are very narrow.

How are economic sanctions "completely illegal"

Take your time.

The 1906 Geneva conventions strictly prohibit interfering with civilian commerce.
They were mostly concerned with the ancient practice of blockading cities to force them to surrender, but any interference with civilians shipping is illegal.
The fact the US blockades or sanctions all the time, just means the US has always been a war criminal.
It has always been illegal.
If you look up the Geneva Conventions, submarine warfare the way the US did it in WWI and WWII was illegal.
The submarine is supposed to surface and demand the ship surrender, not torpedo it in a surprise attack.

As for how the US Constitution forbids economic sanctions, that is easy.
Just read the 4th and 5th amendments.
It is illegal for the feds to interfere in any civilian commerce, without compensation.
And there is also the 9th and 10th amendments, which say that the feds can't do something unless explicitly authorized, and no where in the constitution are the feds authorized to deliberately interfere with international commerce. The whole idea is contradictory to the 1st amendment, because it interferes with those who have different political views and support Russian in this.

The govt. wasn't created or mandated to lower or raise a commodity price.

Actually, other than defense, that is all we want from government.
Utilities have always been the main concern.
We did not have internal combustion engines originally, but not that we do, pavement and gas are about the most important things gov does.

And you are retarded enough to think they made it up? Are you lies that important to you that you cannot admit you fucked up?

Are you retarded enough to believe (FOR ONE SECOND) that they did NOT make it up (or are repeating what Biden cronies made up) ?

"New federal data" Oh that's nice. You boob. Who do you think is producing that "federal data" ? It's Biden propaganda, nothing more.

In Trump's first year, US oil production increased by 21 percent.

In Biden's first year, US oil production increased by 31 percent.

They both began their terms with oil production at almost the same place.

Why does Trump hate America?
You are really this gullible. Wanna buy a bridge in Brooklyn ?

:right: What makes you think it will ?

You are claiming the number is made up.

Prove it.

And then take a look at this:

U.S. Energy Information Administration (EIA) - Qb

In Trump's first full month in office, US oil production was 255,059,000 barrels.

In Biden's first full month in office, US oil production was 273,646,000 barrels.

So they both started from almost the same amount of oil being produced.

At the end of 2017, US oil production was 309,359,000 barrels. An increase of 21 percent.

At the end of 2021, US oil production was 358,588,000 barrels. An increase of 31 percent.

Biden produced way more oil in his first year than Trump did.

WHY DOES TRUMP HATE AMERICA!?!?
