This document is from 2020. Either the FBI found those tapes and they are sitting on them, or they never found them.

Or, the FBI didn't find the claims in the form credible and never looked for them.

There's zero evidence that the tapes are in the possession of the FBI. Or that the FBI found them. Or that the FBI destroyed them. And nothing but a 4 year old unsubstantiated allegation that the recordings even exist.

You have to remember, if the FBI had slam dunk evidence against the president, they would have no choice but to sit on it. You cannot indict a sitting president.
