BREAKING: Supreme Court rules Trump is entitled to some immunity in Jan. 6 case

Assassinating a political rival can be justified? Please tell me you're kidding.
There’s a goofy Congress critter from California who said Biden could send a team of commandos in to kill the conservative justices on the Supreme Court and it would not be a punishable crime.

Trumpanzee: "It's not absolute immunity!"

Also trumpanzee: "Everything he ever did involved official acts!"

Duplicitous liars.

Hawaii is a blue shit hole.

It's actually quite beautiful. And regardless of your opinion, there were no alternate or fake electors from there in 1960. The governor certified a Republican slate and then certified a Democratic slate to replace the Republican slate after a court determined JFK won. And JFK would have won the election anyway even had he lost the election. Savvy? Hawaii only had one slate to be counted by Congress.

Whereas Trump tried to flip the election he lost by getting Republicans in 7 states to send uncertified certificates of ascertainment to create conflicting slates to nullify Biden's certified certificates.

You're just a retard who doesn't know what the fuck you're talking about.

Pretty interesting that after inciting a riot for 5 months in all 50 states, stealing an election, and trying to put all of your political rivals in prison and take them off the ballot while Biden has, for four years, done just as he pleased like a king including doing what he wanted with school loan debt anyway even after the Supreme Court ruled that it wasn't legal, here you are anyway bitching about someone else supposedly doing the exact same thing, even if they aren't!

But then, you whine like a little girl that Trump took away a woman's right to choose, when indeed, all that happened was that ther Supreme Court returned the power to decide back to the 50 states, where we now have the decision closer to the people with 50 possible decisions, and if anyone takes away a woman's right to choose, it is HER OWN STATE--- not the Supreme Court and not Trump.

Never mind that most states have upheld that a woman still has a choice, and never mind that the woman MADE her choice when she decided to have unprotected sex so often that she eventually got pregnant.

Funny that you are all up for a woman's choice while denying any choice for the unborn child! Could it be because women can vote and unborn children cannot?

Please stop. Where the US government is concerned, yes you do.
You stop.

Why were they even arrested?

The wise latina suggest Biden sending assassination squads after Trump. And you think rape is extreme?
Actually, the concept was introduced first in the Supreme court hearing using Trump as the example and ordering seal team 6 to assassinate an opponent, asking Trump's defense lawyer if that would be covered by this immunity Trump was claiming...?

They can be subpoena'd and talk to law enforcement, it's just not admissible in court in a criminal prosecution of the President.

Huh? But how would that work, with criminal activity and the No man is above the Law, concept?

Why can't criminal doings, be used in court.

Even lawyers and clients can't use their privilege, to stop law enforcement from viewing privilege conversations or texts if criminal activity took place.....?

Why stop law enforcement with a president's or former president's criminal doings??

Holy cow. No one is arguing that a foreign country has to respect your rights. The argument is that the United States government has to even if you are in a foreign country.

NO SHIT.
That's what I've been telling all along.

NO ONE is discussing that. The complaint was Obama violating a citizens due process rights. What another country does is totally irrelevant.

The democratic party DID NOT incite the Floyd protests and DID NOT support the Rioting.. Biden DID NOT call for the protests or riots.

Your , whataboutism, falls flat.

Due process in a war zone is ridiculous.

As well as in some other countries.

Jun 23, 2014 — Court documents reveal Obama administration cited law blessing global war against al-Qaida in killing of Anwar al-Awlaki.

What about the civil war, where Lincoln had his troops kill other Americans without their due process?

People argue that Lincoln violated the Constitution in many ways during the war. Lincoln isn't going to get arrested and tried.

It's well documented though what the facts were concerning the Civil War. It was known that Obama had targeted Al-Awlaki. His family begged the administration for a trial. There was plenty of time for a trial. I might not even complain so much if they had found him and dropped the bomb part way through the trial.

The Obama administration targeted him but refused to provide any evidence he had done anything wrong.

Do you trust what we are told explicitly? Do you still believe we will one day find the WMD in Iraq?

What law did the administration use to kill him? International Law. We as citizens are not bound by international law where the U.S. government is concerned.

Yemen tried him in absentia but somehow we wouldn't.

Many people sadly think many of our Constitutional guarantee's are ridiculous. We had no business being there engaging in war in the first place.
