To be fair, it is spread over 5 years--5% in the inflationary economy that we have doesn't seem out of hand. I thought they were being disingenuous with the time-off issue. They had 28 days of PTO and tried to present it as being the only time off they received. I find it hard to believe that they didn't get weekends off and 28 days of PTO is quite generous.I wish I settled for a mere 25% pay raise when I was working.
