Apparently a number of states have not only pledged their support but are now sending material help to Texas. And Abbott is offering cash to volunteer law enforcement to help at the border. A few days ago I would have said civil war isn't even on the radar. But if Biden keeps this up, now I'm not so sure that isn't where we're headed hopefully on a much smaller scale than the first one.
