Your three reasons above are not an issue with effective border policing and complying with the law. The Biden- Harris illegal alien importation program is a conglomeration of no border security along with catch and release.

There is also the inconvenience to Citizens of death and violent crime by illegals. It is only going to get worse as more criminals are imported by Biden- Harris.

Of course, the FBI likely gave him the weapons/ammo and posed as an ISIS contact in the first place.....That's how they roll these days.

Being a border state resident for over 40 years I can tell you the most troubling statistic is the enormous number of "gotaways". These are the illegals that are well-fed and well funded who sneak across the border far from the checkpoints mostly at night. They want to evade contact with Border Patrol because they are involved DIRECTLY in illegal activity and are often being paid DIRECTLY by the Cartels to haul drugs or traffic women and kids for the sex trade.
