He hasn't claimed to be to my knowledge, but he is clearly trying to gain the same empathy from people that Gold Star fathers receive. He doesn't deserve the same empathy. Yes, his son died and that is sad, but it is not the same as him dying while in the line of duty serving his country, but Biden wants that same level of empathy.

You get it deep down, just can't admit that you get it because it upsets your programming so you choose to act as if you don't.
