Trump was never sued for child rape. Nor was any police report on the subject ever filed.

He could bring up how Trump paid off women just before the election. How Trump attempts to intimidate women. How Cruz's wife had to be taken off of the floor of the Republican convention because of fears for her safety. Trump talking about this is like a thief complaining someone robbed him of what he stole.
 
Answer would be simple, He can't answer an allegation unless a complaint has been made under oath. He then says he is will to say that this is bullshit under oath but his accuser isn't.

Then he says not only is there multiple court cases deferred by Trump's defence but he is refusing to go under oath to deny them. "I can't understand a man that can't under oath say he didn't sexually assault a women"
