I hate to keep quoting your post but they go into such great detail with the photos on how to get on the stage. Yet these idiots never thought to include how to get off of it? This is how you use notes effectivity. Post any video where TRUMP used these notes and you'll see he has command of the subject noted.
Biden on the other hand needs notes with pictures telling him where to walk... Along with numerous instances of someone having to guide Biden.
