In a Republic, actually
“[F]ederal Judge Ann Donnelly of the Eastern District of New York granted an emergency stay on parts of the order late Saturday. Her ruling came in response to a lawsuit brought by the ACLU on behalf of two Iraqi refugees who had been detained at New York's John F. Kennedy airport.

The stay will prevent the government from deporting citizens from the affected countries that had already arrived in the U.S. The ACLU estimated that around 200 people would be affected by the ruling.”

DHS: Trump immigration ban still in place, despite court ruling

But Bigot Trump is ignoring the court; in just a little over a week he’s already violated his oath of office.

Is Trump subject to impeachment - yet?

Has the fact that Trump is going to be your president for the next 4 years sunk in yet?

Remember, this is the same guy who said he would force our military to commit war crimes. The oath of office means nothing to him.

Didn't you swear up and down that Trump would never be elected?

Go for it. Both Houses of Congress could use a good laugh.

Quit crying, there is historical precedence for this.
The Japanese internment camps?

That too, but Barry and Jimmy did the same thing as Trump has.
They stopped people who had green cards and visas from coming in, or stopped issuing green cards and visas? There is a difference.

Obambi had his own list of nations and if someone trying to come had visited one the chosen nations they were not permitted to come in.

Judge Donnelly was appointed to the federal court by Barry Hussein only a couple of years ago. Isn't it possible that her "emergency stay" is an attempt to preserve what's left of the Obama legacy and example of contempt for the rule of law by a federal judge?

The Judge is attempting to supersede federal law himself.

So much for being able to answer a simple question.
