the crime in this city is almost solely in the black communities that are subsisting on welfare payments. That is just a fact. Generational welfare destroys families and people, it has done a terrible diservice to the black community in this city and others.

obama and the libs always preach jobs, but what they create is more welfare and more poverty.

Yes, whites are also on welfare and the white welfare communities are no better than the black ones-----------the problems are not racial, they are the result of liberal policies and sadly those policies hurt blacks disproportionately.

Once again the lying dickwad claims there are more whites than blacks on welfare.

I have posted this info several times, so I'm done posting the link.
Statistics show that there are slightly MORE blacks than whites on welfare and since whites outnumber blacks by nearly 6:1, this shows that African Americans are 6 times as likely to be on welfare.

Washington (CNN) – A new Census Bureau report provides more evidence that the changing demographics of the United States are having a deep impact at the voting booth.

The report on the 2012 election found that for the first time on record, black voters turned out to the presidential polls at a higher rate than whites. More than 66% of eligible blacks voted in the presidential contest that pit President Barack Obama against Republican nominee Mitt Romney. Only 64.1% of whites turned out to vote.

In addition to blacks turning out at a higher rate, the number of Asian and Hispanic voters grew from 2008 to 2012. Hispanics added 1.4 million people and Asians added over 500,000. Between 1996 and 2012, blacks, Asians and Hispanics all saw their percentage of the voting population increase.

Mean is taking away welfare, food stamps, wic, and free doctors visits. You see most of the inner-city minority populaitons rely greatly on these.
