BREAKING: FBI Arrests 87-Year-Old Concentration Camp Survivor for Singing Hymns Outside Abortion Clinic Door

Again, equating peaceful actions with violent actions, just to gain a sacrifice to your abortion god.
You don't have to like every law we have, but we all have to obey them. Perhaps you can get enough people who agree with you to convince the house and senate to repeal their bipartisin law.

And here we go with ducking away from arguing the validity of the law and going to process, like the loser you are.

Praying and singing hymns in front of an abortion clinic - crime punishable by DOT & FBI after already chaRged with a misdemeanor....

Firebombing churches, women's clinics, and Pro Life grp HQs - a form of liberal expression and speech protected by that same DOT / FBI

Got it.

:shok:

Yeah, sure seen plenty of fed charges against those people attacking churches. And you notice how it limits the religious protections to "worship", not free exercise.

It was thrown in as a bone to fool gullible Republicans, and as a fig leaf for the few remaining pro life dems at the time.

The argument that sucks is that violent protest should be lumped in with non violent protest in a law like this.
Tissue?

The local police had already settled the case by charging her with a misdemeanor ... then the FBI charged in to arrest her and file federal charges (FACE) ... for singing hymns and praying.

Its not like she perpetrated a domestic terrorist firebombing of churches, womens's clinics, and pro-life HQs ... like leftist extremists have reportedly done more than 60 times since June with nearly no arrests by Garland & the FBI.

This is all about abuse of power, intimidating and punishing pro-lifers because the USSC ruled in favor of the Constitution in RvW instead of siding with what Democrats / leftist extremists wanted.
What 60 times?

You anti-choice rightists have a decades long history of fire bombings and murder.

There's plenty of ways to legally protest non-violently.

Obstructing clinic entrances should be illegal. Whether that obstruction is done with violence or not, it is wrong. Not sure what your bitching is about.

You know that's a batshit crazy remark, right?

It already is via trespassing laws in this case. No need for the feds to prosecute as well.

The one about the guy defending his kid is even more galling.

The one about the guy "defending" his kid is only galling if you accept his version of events, which is a pretty stupid thing to do.

There's plenty of reason for the feds to prosecute if the offense keeps happening because local law enforcement is insufficient to protect the clinic from illegal protesting.

The local authorities did, and I doubt Philadelphia is a bastion of pro-life government officials.

in your mind any protest at these places is illegal, so your opinion is worthless.

And the mocking, the next step from someone called out on their bullshit who can't respond anymore.
The difference being I could go down your rabbit hole with you and argue about whether the law is correct, but I choose not to. It's the law. She either knew it. or should have known it, but broke it anyway. No matter how much whining you do won't change that.

Because you are intellectual coward, as we all know.
