IF Obama is ever proven to have been born outside The United States of America then He was not eligible to be president. Ergo, any acts he committed as president are null and void. Any expenses he incurred - for example the use of Air Force One - must be repaid.

For economic reasons alone this needs to be settled.

Oh, and just in case it IS settled against His will America sore needs extradition treaties with Cuba and Venezuela. Maybe even North Korea, given the communist leanings involved here.
