I was in the airport yesterday and witnessed pilots between planes. I thought, "this is where you definitely don't want identity-specific admissions. How about just people who can....fly a plane?"

The judges really gave the University's lawyer a hard way to go because he kept not answering the questions. And considering that this is SCOTUS....you really can't get away with that. You need to answer, regardless of any agenda, with the truth. Now you might "shade" your answer....but the dancing around really drew attention to the fact that these universities were being discriminatory based in part on race. Which totally pissed off the Justices.

Yes...and the chance of that happening? Zero. You'll likely see 90-95% non-black graduating classes at colleges in the South. The long term implications will be fewer lawyers who are willing to seek social justice in lieu of getting a nice paycheck from a law firm across town.
