In the event the SCOTUS reviews the case and deems that the decision of the lower court was appropriate and sufficient then it usually declines an appeal.
In this case the government's case against Trump appears rock solid and his attempts at a defense for each of these infictments pathetically anemic.
I doubt he will make it far on any appeals.
